Association annual assessments of $150 are due on January 1st of every year. We hope to simplify your payment opportunity by offering a PayPal payment option.

If you pay after the 1st of January but before the 31st of January, you must pay the full annual assessment regardless of your payment option. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their annual dues are paid by no later than the 31st of January.
Please be aware, dues that are not paid by the 31st of January will be assessed a $25.00 late payment "processing fee". Further, a $25.00 late payment processing fee will be assessed for each additional quarter the dues are not paid.
If a homeowner fails to pay annual dues by the end of the third quarter, he/she may be contacted by the HOA attorney. All legal fees associated with attempts to recover annual dues will be paid by the homeowner. If a homeowner fails to pay annual dues, a lien will be placed against the property title after one year of non-payment.
